Our mission at Ray of Light Theatre, Inc. is to produce high-quality musical theatre with reasonable ticket prices. We look for shows that will entertain our audience--even people who don't typically like musicals--and engage them.

Founded in 2000 by Shane Ray, we've grown quickly and developed a reputation for professional productions; our auditions draw some of the very best talent from the local community. We choose actors who are gifted, dedicated and passionate; a number of them have gone on to pursue careers on stage. We also support the Actors Equity Association and hire professional actors when they are right for a part. When you come to see a Ray of Light show, you'll see experienced, quality performers who probably live right around the corner from you.

In addition, Ray of Light has produced a number of musical revues and community events. We also run "Broadway Jr.", an intensive summer camp for kids which rehearses and mounts a production in just 9 days, while teaching the fundamentals of theatre.
